If you have a system that operates at less than 700 psi then the anti drip function must be removed simply by removing rubber ball from the internals. The anti drip on these nozzles is designed to work on high pressure systems that run typically at 1000 psi however you can use these on lower pressure systems without the anti drip function. As the nozzle is shown the spring will open at 200 psi so if using at these lower pressures you simply must remove the rubber ball then will function normally. The body is a nickel plated brass which 99.9% of all nozzles are made of VERY seldom will people sell an all stainless steel nozzle body others sometimes sell just the orifice but as you can see in our testing sheets these orifices will clog two to three times faster than our ruby orifice. We also use these nozzles on boats in salt water applications so have no fear a nickel plated brass will stand up fine to almost every environment. O rings and other things will wear out long before the body does.
